TEAM KIDS (4-6yrs incl.), TEAM JUNIORS (7-10yrs incl.), TEAM TEENS (11-13yrs incl.) and ADOS (14-17yrs incl.) is included in the price (5 half days offered): Kids Club offers children entertainment and creative activities focused on mountain theme (subject to availability, state at time of booking). Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00 or from 14.00 to 17.00. Please note that most activities are in French.
LE SQU@T – is a dedicated area for teenagers (11- 17yrs) and designed to suit all tastes: sofas for lounging, a wide range of games, wifi, docks for smartphones/tablets and a cool, laid-back vibe.
Breakfast option available with a choice of tea, coffee, fresh fruits, dairy products, cold meat, eggs and much more. Free for under 4 years old. Please enquire for prices.
Loan of baby kit (0-2yrs) including cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, bath chair (pre-booking is essential) & DVD player, also of board games, fondue and raclette kits. The reception can also arrange babysitting (price available at reception).
Premium type apartments (see below) enjoy the best location within the residence, are more spacious, and have superior décor, layout and services (e.g. audiovisual equipment in the living area and main bedroom; superior balcony and lounge furniture; welcome kit; early check-in from 14:00; one entry per person included to the wellness area (for use before 4pm, pre-booking required); one dedicated parking space and heated ski locker with heated boot rack).
All the apartments have a living area with a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV; fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker; bathroom with bath or shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, separate WC.
Apartments with at least 3 bedrooms have a decorative fireplace in the lounge.

This recently built 4-star residence of 93 apartments enjoys a wonderfully convenient location, 400m from the resort centre of Areches village and a 3-minute shuttle bus ride from the nearest lift and ski school meeting point (there is a bus stop outside the residence).

Price includes bed linen with beds made on arrival, towels, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning and access to the pool, Free WiFi (basic speed). Flexible arrival days possible (pro-rata prices).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €300-€500 depending on the size of the apartment,
- Local tourist tax c €1.00 /pers/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
- Mid-week bed linen change (payable locally), daily cleaning available except kitchen area & dishes €80-€160.,
- Mid-stay cleaning except kitchen area & dishes €40-€80, all depending on size of apartment,
- Kitchen area cleaning if not left in perfect order €40,
- Pets welcome €50/week (max 1/apt),
- Parking €29/week,
- High-speed WiFi access in room €15/week/device, €20/week/3 devices. Additional 45 minute wellness area sessions (over 18s only) giving access to the hot tub, sauna and steam room, €12/session, €60/6 sessions, must be pre-booked,
