Built of timber, ‘Le Penoutlay’ is a typical Alpine chalet offering a homely atmosphere. South-facing, it enjoys some breathtaking views. To enjoy a drink or two in the fresh air whilst admiring the views, there’s nowhere better than the sunny terrace which runs along the length of the sitting/dining room.
Located on the first floor, Le Penoutlay’s open-plan living/dining area is an inviting place in which to relax. Pine-panelled throughout, it offers a traditional chalet décor with wood burning stove to create that warm feeling and has a TV/DVD player. French, German and English TV channels are available. The kitchen area is well equipped.
The second bathroom situated on the first floor has shower, washbasin and wc. There is a hair-dryer available in the chalet. The open tread stairs to the second floor are very steep (child gate at top) but the bedrooms can also be reached via steps from the outside.
On the ground floor is a store room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge. There is space for three cars at the front of the chalet.
This welcoming and cosy chalet sleeps 6 with the main double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc on the first floor and two further bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) on the second floor.
