Aix-les-Bains is the second busiest spa town in
France and is also a European Capital in bloom. The
town features an 18-hole golf course, spas, a casino,
cruises on the lake, a racecourse and more.
Mont Revard, at a height of 1550 metres, offers
panoramic views of Mont Blanc. Walkers and cyclists
can take to the paths.
Because of its size it is protected from the north
and west winds, the lake acts as a thermal regulator.
At Brison-Saint-Innocent, you can see olive trees and
mimosa. Fig, almond, wig sumac, pistachio and Judas
trees, bay laurel, white jasmine and banana trees can
also be found in this area.
