Domaine de l’Adoux
Ideally located a short walk from the village,
yet with an out of the way feel, the Domaine de
l’Adoux is a large 4 storey chalet set in
a massive 6 hectare wooden park.
The chalet has been entirely renovated over the
past 3 years with nice homely touches and has a
great alpine feel to it. The new owners fell in
love with the setting and in 2004 decided to
convert the chalet into a family-run complex of
25 bedrooms (twin, doubles and a few
interconnecting rooms for families), bar and
restaurant. The focus is on providing an airy
feel, quality of food and service, convenience
and comfort with large bedrooms in a
‘club-hotel’ formula, making the
location ideal for families.
The friendly owners live on-site and will
organise as much or as little as you wish.
Facilities on site include: an
outdoor swimming-pool with sun loungers,
a restaurant (offering tried and tested great
food!), a friendly bar with spacious
comfortable lounge with open fire, sauna,
fitness area, large terraces, tennis court,
table tennis, library, games room for children
aged 3-8 yrs, kids club (4-12 yrs in July and
August), Teens Club (13-15 yrs), themed
evenings and bicycle storage. Excursions and
guided walks are included in the price.
Workshops (art, craft and beauty) are available
at a small supplement. Discounts are offered on
many local activities (including the adventure
park, paint-balling, white
watersports…).
