Conveniently located about 100m from Les
Verneys chair lift and with ski access to the
beginners’ area (there is a free drag
lift next to the property too), it is also
within the same distance of a boulangerie, a
pizzeria, a newsagent and a ski shop. There is
also a regular bus service to the centre of
Valloire stopping 50m away.
This traditional house was entirely renovated
in 2006/2007 and now offers comfortable
accommodation of a high standard in five
spacious self-contained apartments.
For your convenience, facilities include:
outdoor car park, private ski lockers, wireless
internet access, a shared area with washing
machine and tumble dryer (both free), vacuum
cleaner, iron and ironing boards and ski
lockers, board games, books and sledges and
boot drying space.
The décor combines a traditional style
with elegance, space and light. All apartments
are fitted and furnished to a very high
standard of comfort and convenience.
They have a living area with satellite TV,
bathroom with bath and hairdryer (shower for 1
bedroom apartment) and wc, fully equipped
kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer,
oven, microwave and dishwasher. All the
apartments have a south-facing balcony and free
wireless internet connection. Loan of baby cot
and high chair.

‘Petit Savoyard’ shop (c
€11/bag, usually 2 bags needed for the
week).

Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen and local tourist tax.
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€500/apartment, end of stay cleaning on
request €60-€140 depending on the
size of the apartment*. To hire: towels
