Les Chalets de Flambeau prestige
residence is ideally located in a sunny
setting at the foot of the slopes, close to the
Pré Novel chairlift, and mid-way between
the village centres of Lanslebourg and
Lanslevillard.
Built for Winter 11/12 by the acclaimed
mountain architects MGM, this brand new
residence offers 97 luxurious apartments
combining traditional architecture from Savoy
with high standard and modern facilities.
Within the Leisure Centre you can relax in the
free private indoor heated swimming-pool
and paddling-pool with Jacuzzis, saunas, steam
room and fitness room. You may also find time
to be pampered in the superb Spa and
Beauty Care Centre where we can arrange for
you a selection of massages and beauty
treatments in advance.
Les Chalets de Flambeau has a lounge area with
open fireplace and pool table, its own outdoor
car park, private underground parking
€50/week (payable locally), a games room
laundry room (payable), ski lockers with heated
boot rack and a luggage room. You will also
enjoy bread delivery and deli services
(payable) and wireless internet access.
The loan of cots, high chairs, changing mats
and bottle warmer (all subject to availability,
max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of
booking), board games, fondue and raclette sets
is available from Reception.
All the stylish apartments at Les Chalets de
Flambeau are fitted and furnished to a very
high standard of comfort and convenience. They
have a living area with a double sofa bed, a
fully equipped kitchen area with multi-function
microwave oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher,
fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, mixer,
steam cooker, toaster, bathroom with hairdryer
and wc (sometimes separate). All apartments
have satellite TV, telephone, wireless internet
access (free for first PC/handset) and a
balcony.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c
35m2): bedroom with 2 single beds. Maybe
duplex.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(50/55m2): bedroom with double bed and bedroom
with 2 single beds. Maybe duplex.
3 bedroom duplex apartment sleeping 6-8
(70/80m2): bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms
each with 2 single beds, extra shower room,
extra wc.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival
except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towel,
cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl
kitchen area and washing up).

Please note that we have not been able to
visit the apartments as the Residence was not
completed at the time of our visit. We were
impressed with the location and know
the high standards from similar
residences.
