Les Brevieres
Situated on a South-West slope, just above the
village centre, Les
Brévières is part of a group
of 8 similar stylish chalets. Enjoying great
views over the valley and the
Brévières lake from its
balconies, the chalets are 50m away from a new
underground lift built for 11/12 season. It can
carry 15 people at a time between les Brevieres
centre (where shops and main gondola are) and
the upper part of the village (where the
chalets are) and has replaced a small tow lift
that used to connect the two areas.
Completed in 2000 and designed in typical
Savoyard style, the chalets have the character
of a traditional property with wood and stone
much in evidence and high vaulted beamed
ceilings.
All the chalets have a lounge with comfortable
sofas, stone fireplace, satellite TV, DVD
player and hi-fi, a garage with ski lockers.
The open-plan kitchen areas are fully equipped
with a 4-ring ceramic hob, a combination
microwave oven, a fridge and a dishwasher.
For your comfort, the chalets have under-floor
heating in the lounge and individual electric
radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Chalet 4A (c 195m2) – sleeps 14 - 6
bedrooms
Arranged over three floors, the chalet sleeps
14 comfortably in 6 twin bedrooms (one with its
own en-suite bathroom, two with en-suite shower
rooms) and a mezzanine off one of the bedrooms
with 2 single beds.
In addition to the en-suite bathrooms there is
a separate shower room and 3 separate wcs.
Chalet 4B (c 190m2) – sleeps 12/14 - 5
bedrooms
Arranged over three floors, the chalet sleeps
11/14 in 5 twin bedrooms (one with its own
en-suite bathroom/wc and four with en-suite
shower room).
In addition to the en-suite bathrooms there are
3 separate wcs.
Chalet C (c 98m2) – sleeps 6/8 - 3
bedrooms
Arranged over two floors, the chalet sleeps 6/8
in 3 twin bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, 2
separate wc.
An English speaking manager is on site daily to
ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.
Prices include: Bed linen and end of
stay cleaning (except washing-up and kitchen
area). Refundable breakage deposit €300.
To pay locally: local tourist tax c
€0.80/pers/day, towel set €10/pers,
tea towel set €2, wood for open fire
€8. Pets welcome €15/week each.
