Les Balcons de la Vanoise
Les Balcons de la Vanoise enjoys an
ideal location in Termignon: a short walk from
the centre of the resort for non-skiers and
après-ski, it is also perfect for ski
enthusiasts as it is right at the foot of
theslopes. Located in a quiet area, it offers
magnificent views towards the Vanoise National
Park.
Built in 2005, the 4 storey mountain style
residence comprises 82 fully equipped
apartments.
Facilities: reception,free outdoor
parking (limited spaces)or covered parking (max
height 2m, €25/week, subject to
availability, max 2m, limited availability) and
ski lockers.
All apartments at Les Balcons de la Vanoise are
fitted and furnished to a good standard of
comfort and convenience.
They have: living area with double sofa bed,
bathroom (shower room for apartments sleeping
4-5 people), separate wc (except for apartments
sleeping 4-5), fully equipped kitchen area with
electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace.
Please note that single beds in bedrooms can be
pushed together to make a king size bed.

is not left in perfect order. To hire: bed
linen €5/single bed, €8/double bed,
towel €3, tea towel €3, TV
€39/week, baby kit (cot + high chair)
€18(subject to availability, state at time
of booking), sun lounger €3/week. Pets
welcome €39/week each (state at time of
booking).
