Maison du Bourg is a recently
refurbished, 16th century stone house, located
in the heart of Samoëns village. The Grand
Massif Express is about 1km away and accessed
by the free resort shuttle bus.
It is ideally situated just off the main
square, along a quiet street behind the church.
There are public parking spaces on
Samoëns’ main square, and there is
also parking outside the house for one car.
Totally refurbished for the 2005/06-winter
season, Maison de Bourg has great style while
maintaining its traditional features.
The very bright and spacious chalet is arranged
over two floors, and can sleep up to twelve
people in four bedrooms and an alcove.
The large lounge/dining area has superb
stonewalls, impressive high ceilings and three
sofas.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious
bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite
shower.
On the first floor there is another king-size
double and two further double bedrooms, plus an
alcove with two single beds. On this
level there are also two shower rooms each with
wc and an extra separate wc.
The independent fitted kitchen is fully
equipped and well appointed and a large
lounge/dining area with impressive high
ceilings.
Please note the house is comfortable for 10 but
can accommodate an extra 2 children on put up
Z-beds in the king size bedroom.
Bed linen (with beds made on arrival) is
included. Loan of cot. Refundable deposit
€500. End of stay cleaning on request
€100 (excl washing up). Local tourist tax
€0.75/pers/day to pay locally. Towels
€40 up to 12 people payable locally.

Please note there is no working fireplace in
the chalet.
