Chalet Sleeps 8/10 Bedrooms: 4 en-suite
Situated just above the village, La Ferme de
Fontany is located 1km from Samoens centre
and 1.9km from the Grand Massif Express(car
necessary). It is a large distinguished
traditional farmhouse that has been completely
tastefullyrenovated in pure antique Savoyard
style with contemporary and modern facilities
for the comfort of clients. It is
extremely spacious with 280m2 of
floor space.
You can use the facilities for free at
the Neige et
Roc hotel (1km away) - indoor pool,
sauna, Jacuzzi… Beauty treatments and
massages also available at Neige et Roc
(payable).
The large 50m2 split-level lounge
area has comfortable seating, a stunning real fire
central stone fireplace, feature glass-top
sleigh coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD player
plus an internet connection. There is a
sofa bed sleeping 2 people as well. The high
wooden ceilings add to the palatial feel.
The sizeable kitchen area at La Ferme de
Fontany is well equipped with a microwave,
oven; modern range cooker with 2 electric
hotplates, 2 gas burners and a gas hotplate
plus a dishwasher, electric coffee machine, a
fondue set, and fridge and freezer are
separate.
There is also a dining room with large solid
wood square table seating up to 14 people. The
4 en-suite bedrooms consist of 1 twin and 3
doubles. All the en-suite bath or shower rooms
are large, elegant and contemporary.
There is a ski storage room and a laundry room
with a washing machine plus tumble dryer. The
garden area of La Ferme de Fontany is a
sizeable 1500m2.
TV, DVD, oven, hotplates, microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in
utility room.

deposit (payable by cash or most cards).
