Les Fermes de Saint Gervais
Les Fermes de Saint-Gervais is located
in a peaceful area towards Les Contamines
village, ¾ mile from the village centre
(15 minute walk downhill) and one mile from the
Bettex-Mont d’Arbois gondola. The free
resort shuttle bus goes past the residence 3
times a day (morning, early afternoon and
evening). A car is essential.
Built for the Winter 09/10 season, the new
residence is composed of three small southwest
facing 4 storey chalet style buildings
incorporating 40 apartments (with lifts).
Facilities at Les Fermes de St Gervais include:
reception lounge with open fireplace and pool
table (payable), small indoor heated pool,
steam room (1 free session per apartment, then
€39/apartment/7 sessions), bread delivery
service, left-luggage room, laundry room
(payable) and ski lockers. The residence has
its own covered parking (payable £49/week
at time of booking, max 1.90m high) and
wireless internet connection throughout
€20/week. Loan of cots and high chairs
(subject to availability, state at time of
booking), board games, irons, hairdryers,
raclette and fondue sets is available from
Reception.

All fully equipped apartments are of a high
standard at Les Fermes de Saint Gervais and
decorated in a sleek modern style. They have a
living area with single divan bed and extra
drawer bed, a fully equipped kitchen area with
4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and
microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee
maker, a bathroom with wc (separate in most
apartments), TV in lounge and a balcony or
terrace.

Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (with beds made on arrival
except sofa bed in lounge) and towels (extra
set €6/pers).
Pre-bookable: end of stay cleaning (except
kitchen area and washing-up)

€1.50/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if
apartment is not left in perfect order. Pets
welcome €44/week each (max 2/apt).
