Le Jardin Alpin

Le Jardin Alpin is a residence built for the winter 2006/07 season. Located in a prime position at the foot of the ski slopes in Les Esserts (1100m-pedestranised resort) amongst the shops and restaurants. The residence is composed of two buildings (5 and 6 storeys, with lifts) comprising 50 privately owned apartments.

The apartments’ inviting interiors are tastefully arranged with a good standard of fittings and furnishings for comfort and convenience. The apartments at Jardin Alpin have aliving area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker and ski lockers. Please note there is very limited number of spaces in the outdoor car park.

A21: 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6(c 46m²): bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room/wc, bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom/wc, separate wc. TV, mini hi-fi. Balcony – Located on the 3^rd floor.

B2: 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 67m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom/wc, , bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate wc. TV, hifi. Balcony – Located on the ground floor, 1 car space in underground car park.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment.

To pay locally: refundable deposit €350 (apartments for 5-6) or €680 (apartments for 8), local tourist tax c. €0.5/pers/day (+13yrs). End of stay cleaning €30-50 depending on the size of the apartments. To hire: bed linen €7.50/pers for single and €8/pers for double, towels €5/person, cot €25/week.
