Le Jardin Alpin II
Le Jardin Alpin II is a recently built
residence located in a prime position at the
foot of the ski slopes in Les Esserts
(1100m-pedestranised resort) amongst the shops
and restaurants. The residence is composed of
two buildings (5 and 6 storeys, with lifts)
comprising 50 apartments, ranging from 1
bedroom apartments sleeping 4 to spacious 4
bedroom apartments sleeping up to 10.
Facilities include a leisure area with an
indoor heated pool (open Monday-Friday),
saunaand steam room (both open Monday-Friday
free in the mornings 10.00-12.00 and payable
€10 per person in the afternoons
15.00-17.00), lifts and ski lockers. Free
outdoor parking or underground car park (for
both, very limited number of spaces) on request
(€40/week).
The apartments’ inviting interiors are
tastefully arranged with a good standard of
fittings and furnishing for comfort and
convenience. The apartments have a living area
with a double sofa bed, satellite TV and DVD
player (for 2 bedroom+ apartments), a fully
equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic
hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a
bath or shower room with wc. All apartments
enjoy a balcony.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(42/49m2): 2 bedrooms each with a double or two
single beds.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c
61m2): bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms
each with two single beds, extra shower room,
extra wc.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c
66m2): bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with
2 single beds, bedroom with either a double bed
or 2 single beds. Extra bathroom, extra shower
room, extra wc.
4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10
(90m2): 1 bedroom with a double bed, 3 bedrooms
each with 2 single beds, extra bathroom, extra
wc. Washing machine.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen.
To pay locally: refundable deposit €450 (1
bed) or €550 (2 bed) or €800 (3
bed+), end of stay cleaning €40-€75
(excl kitchen area and washing-up), local
tourist tax c. €0.50/pers/day. To hire:
towels €8/kit, cot €20/week, high
chair €20/week.
