Le Chalet d’Anaïte in Montchavin
enjoys an ideal location: a short walk (150m)
from the resort centre for non-skiers and
après-ski, it is also perfect for ski
enthusiasts as it is only 100m from the lifts
and slopes.
Entirely renovated for Winter 10/11, the
residence is composed of a 6 storey chalet
comprising 28 comfortable apartments (no
lifts).
The residence has a reception area with lounge
and a cosy bar. Within the leisure centre you
can enjoy free access to fitness room, sauna
and Jacuzzi. Free wireless internet at
Reception, individual ski lockers.
All apartments at Le Chalet d’Anaite
fitted and furnished to a good standard of
comfort and convenience. They have a living
area with a double sofa bed and TV, a fully
equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge,
dishwasher and microwave, bathroom, separate
wc. The apartments have a balcony offering
views over the valley or the forest.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-5
(34/40m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and TV;
extra single bed in lounge
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(40/44m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and TV,
bedroom with bunk beds, extra shower room,
extra wc.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (72m2):
bedroom with 2 single beds and TV, 2 bedroom
with 2 singles beds, bedroom with bunk beds,
extra bathroom and extra separate WC.
Prices include: fully equipped apartment and
bed linen.
To pay locally: refundable deposit €350,
local tourist tax c €1.10/pers/day, end of
stay cleaning €35-€70 depending on
the size of the apartment. To hire: towel set
€8/pers, cot €16/week. Pets welcome
€39/week.
