Les Fermes Emiguy
Les Fermes Emiguy is situated 300m from
the resort centre and 450m from the Chavannes
gondola. The free resort shuttle bus stops by
the residence (200m away, runs from 8am-7pm
every 30 mins) and is 800m from the Perrieres
chairlift.
Built for the Winter 11/12 season in typical
mountain style with extensive use of wood and
stone, the brand new residence Les Fermes
Emiguy is composed of four small 4 storey
chalet style buildings incorporating 74
apartments (with lifts).
Facilities at Les Fermes Emiguy: reception
lounge with open fireplace, free access to
indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and fitness
room. Sauna and steam room (1 free session per
apartment, then €39/apartment/7 sessions),
laundry room (payable) and ski lockers. The
residence has its own covered parking (1.90m
max, payable £49/week at time of booking)
or garage parking (payable £59/week at
time of booking). The loan of cots and high
chairs (subject to availability, state at time
of booking) is available from Reception.
All fully equipped apartments at Les Fermes
Emiguy are of a high standard and decorated in
a modern alpine style. They have a living area
with single divan bed and extra drawer bed, a
fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob,
fridge, dishwasher and microwave-grill, kettle,
electric coffee maker, a bathroom, separate wc,
TV in lounge and a balcony or terrace. A few 2
and 3 bedrooms apartments are under the eaves.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4
(27/36m2): bedroom with double bed.
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 5-6
(35/52m2): bedroom with double bed and alcove
with bunk beds, extra shower room. Sometimes
duplex.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(43/56m2): 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2 (one may
have bunk beds), extra shower room. Sometimes
duplex.
2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6-8
(46/49m2): 2 bedrooms each with a double bed
(one has an ensuite shower room), alcove with
bunk beds.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8
(48/69m2): 3 bedrooms each sleeping 2 (1 or 2
may have bunk beds), extra shower room.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (with beds made on
arrival) and towels (extra set €6/pers).
Pre-bookable: end of stay cleaning
£55-£85.
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€300, local tourist tax c.
€0.90/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if
apartment is not left in perfect order. Pets
welcome €44/week each (max 2/apt).
