Les Balcons d’Anais
Ideally located in the heart of the resort of
La Norma, at the foot of the slopes and lifts,
by the ski kindergarten, the ski-in/ski-out
Balcons d’Anais is composed of 3
chalet style buildings (66 apartments).
The residence has a reception area with a
children corner (games and colouring books),
laundry room (payable €5/wash), lifts, ski
lockers and bakery service (on request
locally). Free resort car parks (covered
maxheight 1.90m or outdoor). Free access to
convenient luggage room and shower room/wc on
Saturdays (07.30-20.00).
Most apartments at Les Balcons d’Anais
overlook the slopes and ski kindergarten. They
are fitted and furnished to a simple standard
of comfort and convenience.
They have: living area with double pull-out bed
(making up 1 double bed in apartments sleeping
up to 6, or 2 single beds in apartments
sleeping 8), fully equipped kitchen area with 4
ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, a bathroom or shower room and separate
wc. All apartments enjoy a balcony with sun
loungers and have wireless internet connection
(€20/week).
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c
30m2): bedroom with 2 single beds
(can be pushed together to make a double with
double linen – please advise).
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6(c
35m2): bedroom with 2 single beds
(can be pushed together to make a double with
double linen – please advise), small
bedroom with bunk beds.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c
45m2): bedroom with double bed,
bedroom with 2 single beds, small bedroom with
bunk beds.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment.
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€250, local tourist tax c
€0.90/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if
apartment is not left in perfect order
€35-45 (excl kitchen area and washing-up).
To hire: bed linen €10/bed, towels
€6/kit (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 1 bath
mat), TV €40/week, baby kit €21/week
(cot, high chair, bath; subject to
availability, state at time of booking),
cleaning kit €6. Small pets welcome
€39 (max 1/apt).
