These two new identical luxury chalets are
attached and staggered on the hillside. Located
in a quiet area just 50m from the Petite
Aiguille slopes (on the main ski area) they are
both south-west facing and offer superb
panoramic views.
Each chalet offers an excellent level of
comfort and is very well appointed with
fittings of a high standard and pine panelling
throughout. Each offers 200m2 of
floor space.
On the ground floor, the inviting modern wooden
high ceiling lounge comes with a wood
burner, comfortable sofas, LCD satellite TV
and a dining area. Each chalet has a
fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven,
ceramic hob, coffee-maker, microwave, American
style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing
machine and tumble dryer.
Also on this floor, there is a bedroom with a
double bed, a shower room, and a separate wc +
a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds (Leslie
1) or double bed (Leslie 2).
On the floor below, there are 3 further
bedrooms, two with a double bed and satellite
TV and one with 2 sets of bunk beds (Leslie
Alpen 2); Leslie Alpen 1 has one bedroom with 2
single beds and a cabin bedroom with bunks
instead. Two separate bathrooms and two
separate wc can also be found on this floor.
All bathrooms are stylish and contemporary.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a
spa room with a sauna, a
Jacuzzi for 6/8 people, a steam
room, a shower and a separate wc.
There are balconies all around each chalet and
wireless Internet connection throughout.
Prices include: fully equipped chalet,
bed linen (with beds made on arrival), towels,
tea towels, partial end of stay cleaning. First
bag of wood for the wood burner supplied.
To pay locally: refundable
deposit €500, local tourist tax c
€1/pers/day.
To hire: baby kit (cot, high chair & bath)
€30/week.
