For emergencies out of office hours, following departure please refer to the ‘Travel Checklist – Helpline’ document which was sent to you with your voucher pack (this is the holiday pack sent to you normally about two weeks before the holiday).

Unlike some well known holiday companies we do not charge you extra for making telephone bookings. We actually feel it is important we talk to you to fully understand your requirements and to advise you of the most suited options.
