Les Alpages de Champagny
Les Alpages de Champagny is situated in
a beautiful location with panoramic views of
the village and valley, a mile from the lifts
and ski school and half a mile from Champagny
resort centre (free resort shuttle bus).
Les Alpages de Champagny was built by the
acclaimed mountain architects MGM in typical
mountain style with extensive use of wood and
stone. It is composed of four 4-storey chalet
style buildings (with lifts except for 6
apartments) enjoying great views over the
village and the valley.
It has a large Reception lounge with open
fireplace and comfortable sofas, enjoys a
private indoor heated swimming-pool
(pool opening hours 10.00-20.00; 9.75m x 7m),
fitness room, sauna and steam room (1 free
session per apartment per week, then
€39/apartment/7 sessions) and table tennis
room (loan of equipment, subject to
availability). The residence has free outdoor
parking (very limited spaces) or its own
covered parking (payable £49 per week,
state at time of booking, max height 2m),
laundry and ski lockers. It offers bread
delivery service, pool table (payable), a
laundry room (payable), ski lockers and
wireless internet access (at Reception, payable
€20/week). The loan of of cots and high
chairs (subject to availability, state at time
of booking), hairdryers, board games, irons and
ironing boards is available from Reception.

selection of massages and beauty treatments in
advance.
Les Alpages de Champagny comprises 66 fully
equipped apartments of a high standard,
decorated in traditional rustic style; they all
have a living area with single divan bed and
extra drawer bed, fully equipped kitchen area
with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher,
oven/microwave, a bathroom with bath or shower,
separate wc, flat screen TV, telephone
(payable) and balcony or terrace.

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6
(c 42m2): bedroom with double bed
and alcove with bunk beds.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(53-68m2):bedroom with double bed,
bedroom with 2 single beds. Some apartments
have an extra shower room. May be split level.
2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6-8
(c 58m2):bedroom with double bed,
bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove sleeping 2
(may be bunk beds) and extra shower room.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (with beds made on
arrival, except sofa bed in lounge) and towels
(extra set €6).
Pre-bookable: end of stay cleaning (except
kitchen area and washing-up)

€1.35/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if
apartment is not left in perfect order. Pets
welcome €44/week each (max 2/apt).
Sherpa (the local convenience shop) can deliver
