Located half a mile from the village centre and
lift of Champagny, Les Soldanelles is a
tastefully decorated traditional chalet built
to a high specification with extensive use of
wood and stone. It enjoys great views towards
the surrounding mountains.
The interior is tastefully decorated with wood
much in evidence.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall has
plenty of storage spaceand leads to a double
bedroom and a bathroom with bath and wc. The
open plan kitchen is well equipped and the
dining area has a large table and chairs. The
wood cladded lounge area has comfortable
seating and French windows opening onto a large
South-facing terrace.
On the first floor, there are a further 3
bedrooms: one has a double bed and an en-suite
shower room, one has a set of bunk beds and one
has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. An
extra shower room can also be found on this
floor.
On the second floor, a spacious bedroom under
the eaves has 4 single beds. Access is via a
steep ladder, so not recommended for young
children or the elderly.
Les Soldanelles has a private garage, parking
in front of the chalet, south-facing terrace
& small garden area.
End of stay cleaning is included. Pets allowed.
To pay locally: bed linen and towels can
bed hired €12/bed, €4/towel set,
local tourist tax c €0.90/pers (free for
under 13yrs). Refundable deposit €500.
