The residence Athena is located 2km from Les
Carroz centre, 3km from the lifts and slopes.
The first shops including a bakery are 1km
away.
Entirely renovated for the winter 07/08 season,
the residence is composed of a 3-storey
building housing 32 apartments. It has free
outdoor parking, its own covered car park
(payable €25/week), a left-luggage room,
ski lockers and wireless internet access at
Reception (payable).
The apartments at Athena are fitted and
furnished to a simple but good standard of
comfort and convenience. They have a living
area with a double pull-out bed and TV, a fully
equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge,
dishwasher, mini-combination oven and electric
coffee-makerand a shower room with wc.Most
apartments have a balcony.

20m2): alcove with bunk beds.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c
25m2): bedroom with a double bed or
2 single beds.
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6
(c 35m2): bedroom with a double bed or 2 single
beds, small cabin bedroom with bunk beds OR 2
alcoves with bunk beds
3-4 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c
45m2): 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, 2 small
cabin bedrooms each with a single bed OR 1
cabin bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Prices include: fully equipped apartment
and bed linen.
To pay locally: refundable deposit €300,
local tourist tax c €0.50/pers/day, end of
stay cleaning €45-100. To hire: towels
€8/pers, cot €16/week, high chair
€16/week, cleaning kit €9. Pets
welcome €35/week (max 1/apt).
