Ideally located minutes from the heart of the
village, Chalet Arnica is set in a quiet
location amongst other large chalets, a short
walk from the resort swimming-pool and tennis
courts.
Chalet Arnica is an imposing 200m2 chalet built
to a very high specification with extensive use
of wood. The interior is bright and spacious
with an emphasis on natural light.
The large south-facing lounge area has
comfortable seating, a large dining table and a
stone fireplace. It opens onto the wooden
terrace. The sizeable American -style kitchen
area is well equipped. Two en-suite bedrooms
with shower, one twin and one double, a
separate wc and the utility room are also on
this floor.
Three further bedrooms are on the first floor:
one very large with double bed plus bunks
(bath), one with twin beds (shower) and another
with double bed (shower). Off the first floor
landing is also a large mezzanine floor (low
ceiling).
There is double garage and an open garden area.
TV, DVD, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hobs,
microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and
dryer in utility room. Wireless internet
access.
Bed linen, towels and local tourist tax are
included. End of stay cleaning on request
€150. Refundable deposit €500.
