Les Fermes de Samoens is located 800m
from the village centre and 400m from the
nearest shops.
Built for the Winter 05/06 season in typical
mountain style with extensive use of wood and
stone, Les Fermes de Samoëns is composed
of small 3 storey chalet style buildings and
terraced chalets. All the fully equipped
apartments are of a high standard and range
from studios to terraced chalets sleeping up to
10 people.
Facilities: reception, 2 swimming-pools
(one outdoor only available July/August and a
small indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi),
lounge with open fire, pool table (payable),
tea-making facility and free wireless internet
connection at Reception, fitness room, sauna
and steam room (1 free session per apartment,
then €8/session/apartment) and laundry
room (payable), residence has its own
underground parking (£45/car/week payable
at time of booking, max 1.80m high). Bread
delivery service available (payable).
Loan of fondue, raclette, board games and hair
dryers.
All apartments and chalets at Les Fermes de
Samoens have: a living area with single divan
bed + extra drawer bed and TV, bathroom or
shower room, WC, fully equipped kitchenette
with fridge, hob, dishwasher and mini-oven.

Chalet sleeping 8 (58/68m2):
2 bedrooms each with double bed plus bedroom
with bunk beds (most chalets) OR bedroom with
double bed plus bedroom sleeping 4 (1 set of
bunk beds) and extra shower room. Arranged over
2 floors.
Chalet sleeping 10 (c 78m2):
3 bedrooms each with a double bed, bedroom with
bunk beds and extra shower room. Arranged over
3 floors.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set
€7/pers/week). Loan of cots and high
chairs (subject to availability, state at time
of booking). Pets welcome €44/week each
(max 2/apt).
To pay locally: refundable deposit €300,
local tourist tax c. €0.75/pers/day, end
of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in
perfect order €55-€85.
