Villa Monette
Villa Monette is a luxury residence located in
the heart of Samoens village, a short level
walk to the central square (250m). The free
shuttle bus to the ski lifts (500m from the
residence) stops just outside Villa Monette.
For your convenience, there is a mini-market
right underneath the residence.
Built in typical mountain style with extensive
use of wood and stone by the acclaimed
‘mountain architects’ MGM, Villa
Monette has its own underground parking, lift
and ski lockers.
The stylish apartment’s interiors have
been tastefully decorated and floor space is
more generous than found in most Alpine units.
The apartment we offer at Villa Monette sleeps
4/6 (51m2). It is located on the
second floor and has a north-west facing
balcony with views down Giffre Valley. It is
fitted and furnished to a very high standard of
comfort and convenience with homely touches. It
has a living area with double sofa bed, TV with
some UK satellite channels, DVD player and
radio/CD player, bedroom with a king size bed
and en-suite shower, bedroom with 2 single
beds, bathroom with bath, separate wc.
The fully equipped kitchenette has antique wood
units and country-style ceramic tiles, 4-ring
electric hob, full-size combination
oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment
and dishwasher. As a British privately
owned apartment you will find many
utensils you are accustomed to at home and that
you won’t find in more standard
residences. The apartment also has a washing
machine. For the comfort of the guests, we
restrict occupancy to maximum 4 adults and 2
children.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment,bed linenand towels,end
of stay cleaning (except washing-up). To pay
locally: refundable deposit £300
payable by UK cheque prior to departure. Local
tourist tax.
Please note: for your own comfort the
maximum number of adults allowed in the
apartment is 4 (plus 2 children).
