La Reine des Prés prestige residence is
ideally located within walking distance
(350m) of the Grand Massif Express cable
car giving access to the Grand Massif area
and 450m from Samoens village main square.
Built for Winter 09/10 by the acclaimed
mountain architects MGM, this brand new
residence offers 80 luxurious apartments
combining traditional architecture from Savoy
with high standard and modern facilities.
Within the Leisure Centre you can relax and
enjoy great views from the free private
indoor heated swimming-pool with Jacuzzis,
saunas, steam room and fitness room. You may
also find time to be pampered in the Spa and
Beauty Care Centre (payable – see
link for details. We can pre-book massages,
treatments, body wraps etc).
The residence has a spacious lounge area with
open fireplace, its own covered parking
(payable €50/week, max height 1.80m),
laundry room (payable), ski lockers and a
luggage room. You will also enjoy bakery and
deli services (payable) and free wireless
internet access at Reception.
All the stylish apartments at La Reine des Pres
are fitted and furnished to a very high
standard of comfort and convenience. They have
a living area with a double pull-out bed
(making up 2 single beds), a fully equipped
kitchenette with multi-function microwave oven,
ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, electric
coffee maker, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker,
toaster, bathroom with hairdryer and wc
(sometimes separate). All apartments have
satellite TV, telephone and a balcony.

(30-35m2): bedroom with 2 single

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(55-60m2): bedroom with double bed
and bedroom with 2 single beds
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8
(65-72m2): bedroom with double bed,
2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, extra
shower room, extra wc. May be duplex
4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10
(75-80m2): 2 bedrooms each with a
double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, cabin
bedroom with bunk beds. Extra shower room,
extra wc. (1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 wc
in total).
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival
except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towels,
cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl
kitchen area and washing up).
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€400, local tourist tax c €1/pers/day
(over 13yrs), extra towel set
€8/pers, bathrobe hire €10. Pets
welcome €84/week (max 1/apt).
The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to
availability, state at time of booking),
board games, fondue and raclette sets are
available from Reception.

Please note that one section of the
residence is scheduled not to be completed
until winter 2010/11. We have not been able to
visit the apartments as the Residence was not
completed at the time of our visit. We were
impressed with the location and know
the high standards from similar
residences.
