Next to Chalet Alpina des Moulins, by the Clévieux river, La Maison de Fifine enjoys a lovely south-facing location within this very quiet part of Samoëns.

It is set on a fairly large pitch of land with its own children’s games area. It is only a short walk (400m) to the centre of the charming village, and to the stop for the free ski bus.

This traditional savoyard bourgeois house was entirely renovated in the 90’s and now offers incredibly stylish and spacious accommodation. Incorporating much antique wood from an old Savoyard Farmhouse and from original woodwork on show at Expo 1901 in Geneva, the interior was crafted with immense style and talent. The cosy interiors with beamed ceilings, wood panelling, antique photos and Alpine curios is furnished with Savoyard antique furniture and includes tasteful fabrics.

Organised over two floors, the ground floor has a large dining room with open fire, a separate bright and classy lounge with comfortable seating, open fire and TV, a very well equipped separate kitchen (large antique style gas oven cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, fondue, Raclette and Pierrade set), a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate wc, a double bedroom with en-suite shower. An office/utility room with washing machine and dryer. Separate wc.

From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the first floor which has one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate wc, a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate wc, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate wc, a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate wc plus a mezzanine with a further two single beds. There is also a sauna with its own shower. (The bathroom in room 1 has a bath, all the others have showers). A large sunny south-facing balcony offering panoramic views over the surrounding mountains runs outside three of the upstairs bedrooms.

There is a ski room. Outside there is a terrace and a sizeable enclosed garden. There is private parking for 4 cars. Free shuttle bus to ski departure point 300m away.

Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, internet access on request, central heating with constant supply of hot water.

Bed linen included. Towels can be supplied at a cost of €5 per person. Wood included. End of stay cleaning is 183 Euros. Local tourist tax c €0.60/pers/day. Refundable deposit €1000.
