chalet for 20-22 people - 300m2 in total
Situated in 'Le Vallon d'en Haut' hamlet 2km
from Samoens village centre. The free ski
bus stop is 150 metres away. The shuttle will
take you to the Grand Massif Express and to the
village.
This traditional, 18th century
farmhouse built in timber and stone, was
entirely renovated in 2002 (only the external
walls remain) and now offers comfortable
accommodation of a high standard in two large
self-contained apartments.
They are interconnecting via communal
entrance hall, offering spacious accommodation
for up to 20 people.
The modern interiors with beamed ceilings and
wood panelling are well furnished and
tastefully arranged.
The apartments share a sauna, a laundry
room with washing machine and dryer and a ski
room on the ground floor.
Each one is arranged over 2 floors and has a
spacious living area with large sofas and
satellite TV and a well equipped open plan
kitchen area with new
appliances:fridge-freezer, 5-ring gas hob,
oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine,
fondue set, kettle, toaster…
‘Fruits’ (sleeping 9,
125m2 on the lower floors) has three
bedrooms each sleeping 2 (two with a double
bed, one with two single beds) and a triple
room with a double and a single bed. 2 shower
rooms and 2 separate wcs.
‘Fleurs’ (sleeping 11/13,
145m2, on the upper floors) has two bedrooms
each with a double bed, one family room with a
double and two single beds and a large room
with 2 sets of bunk beds a 1 single bed. For
guest comfort, we restrict maximum occupancy to
11 adults and 2 children.
There is private parking for up to 4 cars.

Bed linen and
towels can be hired €8/bed,
€5/pers/towel set.
End of stay
cleaning €125/apartment. Local tourist tax
c €0.60/pers/day. Refundable deposit
€500/apartment.
