Les Fermes de Samoens
Les Fermes de Samoens is located in a peaceful
part of the village, half a mile from the
village centre and less than ¾ of a mile
from the Grand Massif Express lift.
The free resort shuttle bus runs to the resort
centre and Express gondola from the front of
Les Fermes de Samoëns.
Built for the Winter 05/06 season in typical
mountain style with extensive use of wood and
stone, the residence is composed of 3 storey
chalet style buildings and terraced chalets.
All fully equipped apartments at Residence Les
Fermes de Samoens are of a high standard and
range from studios to terraced chalets sleeping
up to 10 people.
Facilities: reception, small indoor heated
swimming-pool with Jacuzzi (free), lounge
with open fire, pool table and tea-making
facility, fitness room; sauna and steam room (1
free session /apartment/week then
€39/apartment/week or €8 per day),
ski lockers (within the chalets or below the
apartments). The residence has free sheltered
outdoor parking and its own underground parking
(payable £34/week at time of booking, max
1.80m high).
All apartments and chalet at Les Fermes de
Samoens have: living area with double pull-out
bed, bathroom (most with bath), wc, fully
equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob,
fridge, dishwasher, mini-oven and
coffee-maker.All apartments have a TV. The
chalets have a ski and boot locker.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4
(30/40m2): bedroom with a double bed
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 5-6
(35/45m2): bedroom with double bed,
alcove with bunk beds. May be split level.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 6
(36/45m2): bedroom with double bed,
bedroom with bunk beds. May be split level.
2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6-8
(c 50m2): bedroom with double bed,
bedroom with bunk beds, alcove (may be
enclosed) with bunk beds. May be split level.
Chalet sleeping 6-8
(58/68m2): 2 bedrooms each with a
double bed + bedroom with bunk beds OR bedroom
with a double bed + bedroom sleeping 4 (with at
least one set of bunk beds) and extra shower.
Arranged over 2 floors.
Chalet sleeping 8-10 (c
78m2): 3 bedrooms each with a double
bed, bedroom with bunk beds. Extra shower.
Arranged over 3 floors.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set
€7/pers). Loan of cots and high chairs
(subject to availability, state at time of
booking).
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€300, local tourist tax c.
€0.75/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if
apartment is not left in perfect order
€55-€85. Pets welcome €44/week
each (max 2/apt).
