La Renardiere
Chalet Renardière is situated in a quiet
area of Samoens, a very short walk from the
heart of the village. The stop for the free
resort ski bus is 50m away, 800m from the Grand
Massif Express Gondola. The well rated Le Bois
de Lune restaurant is just next door.
The large chalet has the feel of a traditional
Alpine property with its exposed timber and
extensive use of bright pinewood. Combining
authentic style with excellent modern comfort,
La Renardière offers all the ingredients
for an enjoyable and relaxing stay with hotel
facilities: a spacious reception lounge area
with a cosy bar and open fire, comfortable
spacious apartments and a leisure area with
free access to the indoor swimming-pool
and Jacuzzi (sauna, steam room, beauty
treatments and massages at a supplement), games
room, billiard room, laundry room, luggage
room, ski lockers, free private parking, garage
(payable €45/week). Optional breakfast is
served in the breakfast room €10/day.
The 35 well-appointed apartments are spread
over four floors, each with a balcony offering
views of the valley and mountains. They are
stylishly decorated in a careful blend of
modern, in all essential respects, with touches
of country character, such as the beamed
ceilings and the pine paneling throughout.
The apartments at La Renardiere are all
slightly different. The common features are:
living area with TV (European channels) and
private mini-safe, fully equipped kitchenette
with fridge, electric hob, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee-maker, bathroom or shower
room and a furnished balcony. Telephone line
and wireless internet access throughout
(payable, per hour or unlimited access).

Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen, cleaning kit, towels and
tea towels.
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€200, Local tourist tax:
€0.60/adult/day €0.30/child/day, end
of stay cleaning on request €30-40
(depending on the size of the apartment). Extra guest (on
request) €25/day. Pets welcome
€45/stay each. WIFI internet connection
for laptops.
Loan of cot and high chairs, board games and
books, hairdryers, kettle and toaster. Please
note Cot and high chair are payable
45€/week from 1 year old, free for babies
under 1.
There is a luggage room available for arrivals
before 15.00 and departures after 10.00 (free
service). There are washing machines and dryers
in communal area of the residence.
Loan of fondue set is available
Welcome drink (mulled wine) at the
residence every Saturday 18.30 - 19.15 attended
by the ESF instructors.
