Les Fermes de Sainte-Foy

Les Fermes de Sainte Foy’ is a luxury residence that is perfectly located close to the shops.

This MGM built development is composed of 5 traditional style chalets incorporating 70 apartments. Within the leisure centre you can enjoy free access to the indoor heated swimming-pool with Jacuzzi and fitness room with sauna and steam rooms. You may also like to relax and be pampered in the Spa and Beauty Care Centre (payable).

The residence has a spacious lounge area, its own underground parking (max height 1.90m, 1 free car space per apartment, €70/week for extra car), a launderette (payable), luggage room, internet facilities (payable) and a bakery service (payable). The loan of cots, high chairs, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, board games, fondue and raclette set is also available.

All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double pull-out bed (making 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchenette with 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, multi-function oven, electric coffee-maker, toaster, mixer and pressure cooker. Bathroom with bath, hairdryer and WC (separate for larger apartments). All apartments have satellite TV, internet access, telephone and a balcony.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 53m²): bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds.

3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 67m²): bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and extra shower room.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up).

To pay locally: refundable deposit €380, local tourist tax c €1.20/pers/day (over 13yrs). Pets welcome €70/week each (max 1/ apt).
