Chalet Villarabout enjoys a quiet location in a
small hamlet about 1km from Saint-Martin
village centre and the lifts. A car is
essential.
Entirely renovated in 2007 to a high
specification with extensive use of wood,
Chalet Villarabout is a traditional chalet
comprising 2 high standard apartments.
The chalet blends Alpine charm with state of
the art facilities. The interior’s style
was created using a mixture of timber and
equipment of high standard with pine-clad walls
and wood throughout.
The spacious apartments have a living area with
comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, flat
screen satellite TV and DVD player. The modern
kitchen areas are fully equipped with oven,
fridge (and small freezer for Apartment A),
ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing
machine. Both apartments have a bathroom with
bath, a shower room and 2 separate wc.
Apartment A has a bedroom with 3 single
beds and a shower room on the first level, and
two upstairs bedrooms (one with a double bed,
one with 2 single beds). Located on the ground
floor, it enjoys a South-facing terrace.
Apartment B has a bedroom with a double
bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a
mezzanine overlooking the lounge with 3 single
beds (access by a steep ladder, not recommended
for young children or the elderly). It is
located on the first floor and has 2 balconies,
one facing South, the other one facing west.
Internet access (laptop and cables available to
rent for €25/week). 1 garage per apartment
with individual ski locker and boot rack.
Outdoor parking in front of the garage or free
public car park 10m away.
Bed linen is included in the price. To pay
locally: local tourist tax €0.90/pers/day,
towel hire €7.50/kit. End of stay cleaning
on request €96/apartment. Refundable
deposit €500.
