Les Fermes de Saint Gervais
Les Fermes de Saint-Gervais is located in a
peaceful area towards Les Contamines village,
¾ mile from the village centre and one
mile from the Bettex-Mont d’Arbois
gondola. A car is essential, although
there is a shuttle bus that stops 300m from the
residence.
Built for the Winter 09/10 season in typical
mountain style with extensive use of wood and
stone, the brand new residence is composed of
three small 4 storey chalet style buildings
incorporating 41 apartments (with lifts).
Facilities: reception lounge with open
fireplace, indoor heated
swimming-pool,steam room (1 free
session per apartment, then
€39/apartment/7 sessions),
left-luggage room, laundry room (payable) and
ski lockers. The residence its own covered
parking (payable £45/week at time of
booking, max 1.80m high).
All fully equipped apartments are of a high
standard at Les Fermes de Saint Gervais. They
have a living area sleeping 2, a fully equipped
kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge,
dishwasher and oven, a bathroom with wc
(sometimes separate), TV in lounge and a
balcony or terrace.

apartment is not left in perfect order
€55-€70. Pets welcome €44/week
each (max 2/apt).
