Ideally situated at the edge of Morillon Village where the centre with its shops and restaurants are only a short walk away.

Built in typical Savoyard style, this timber-clad chalet offers great style and comfort. It has a sunny south-facing balcony and a spacious terrace.

Arranged over three floors, the inviting interior featuring exposed timber and extensive use of bright pinewood all give this modern property a charming authentic feel. All the fittings and equipment are of a very high standard from the tastefully chosen furnishing and fabrics to the kitchen equipment.

The chalet sleeps 12-14 very comfortably in five upstairs bedrooms: one twin room, three double rooms (with king size and superking size beds), a bedroom with a single bed and a double (with a single bunk on top). There are 2 shower rooms with wc (one particularly spacious as it is ensuite to one of the double rooms), a bathroom with wc and a separate wc.

In addition, there is a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, a sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. The mezzanine has a shared balcony with the master bedroom.

The very bright spacious dining/living room has a wood burner, large comfortable sofas and has access to a good-size terrace. There is a further separate wc in the entrance hall.

The impressive modern American-style kitchen is particularly well equipped.

There is a garage for one car, ample parking outside and the chalet has its own sizeable garden (not enclosed) at the front. There is also a covered patio where to enjoy al fresco meals.

Large American style fridge/freezer,4 ring ceramic hob,double-oven,microwave,dishwasher,electric kettle,toaster, electriccoffee maker, raclette set. Washing machine and dryer. Floor heating with added electric radiators.

Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. Refundable deposit £400 (payable by UK cheque prior to departure). Local tourist tax of c €1.00/pers/day payable locally.
