A large and comfortable chalet designed in
typical Savoyard style with a 2 storey chalet
above sleeping up to 10 people and a single
level apartment for up to 4 people on the lower
ground floor. The property retains a
traditional character, boasting pine-panelling
throughout and lovely lounge areas with
beautiful log fires.
Ideal for large parties, the chalet has a TV,
video, radio, CD player and a selection of
English books. All the fittings and equipment
are of a very high standard.
Upper chalet: spacious lounge/dining room area,
double bed-settee in the lounge opening onto
the balcony. The kitchen is modern and fully
equipped. Large double bedroom with access to
the balcony. Bathroom with shower and small
bath and separate WC. On the upper floor,
2 double rooms (1 with access to the balcony),
mezzanine lounge with two single sofa beds,
bathroom with shower, small bath and separate
WC.
The downstairs apartment (with own access, for
rental with or separately from the chalet) is
a comfortable accommodation for 4
people; it has a large double bedroom,
lounge/dining room area with double sofa-bed,
bathroom with shower/WC. Fully equipped
kitchen. Double doors lead from the dining and
lounge areas to a large patio and garden.
There is ample parking for up to six cars, a
detached garage and a private furnished garden
with barbecue.
For the comfort of all guests, the chalet is
totally non-smoking. Please note that two of
the double beds upstairs can be unzipped to
make up twin beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with large
fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave,
dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee machine.
Bed linen (with beds made on arrival), towels
and end of stay cleaning are included in the
price. Folding cot available at no extra
charge.Payable locally: Local tourist tax of c
€1.00/pers/day. Refundable deposit
£400 (payable by UK cheque prior to
departure).
