Le Buet
Situated in Morillon les Esserts (1100m,
pedestrianised resort), Le Buet is a
ski-in/ski-out residence and located just a
snowball's throw from the resort centre and 50m
from the nearest ski lift. Close to the nursery
slopes, Le Buet is perfect for families looking
for convenient, professional childcare, as well
as for those without children looking for
nearby skiing.
Les Esserts is linked to Morillon Village by a
10 minute gondola ride or 8mins by car.
Built in typical Savoyard style, Le Buet is a
six storey building (with lift) comprising of
54 apartments ranging from studios to three
bedroom apartments sleeping up to 8 people.
Facilities: reception, free outdoor
parking (very limited but more available at the
resort entrance), loan of vacuum cleaners,
hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. The
residence has a lift and ski lockers. For your
comfort, we can arrange ‘Cosy’
hotel services including beds made on arrival
and towels £13/pers (state at time of
booking).
All apartments are fairly compact and fitted
and furnished to a simple standard of comfort
and convenience.They have: living area with
double sofa bed, bathroom, separate wc, fully
equipped kitchen with 4 ring electric hob,
fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker and
a balcony.

Please note that for your own comfort, we
recommend a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (extra set €10)
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€300, local tourist tax, end of stay
cleaning on request €52-€67
(depending on the size of the apartment). To
hire: towel set €5.50, TV €50,
baby kit (cot, high chair, bath) €25,
cleaning kit €6.
Pets welcome €30 each.
