Le Jardin Alpin

Le Jardin Alpin is a new residence built for the winter 2006/07 season. It is right in the centre of Les Esserts, amongst the shops and restaurants. The residence is composed of two buildings (5 and 6 storeys, with lifts) comprising 50 apartments, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments sleeping 4 to spacious 4 bedroom apartments sleeping up to 10.

Facilities include a reception, a leisure area with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room,Jacuzzi, free outdoor parking (very limited number of spaces), underground parking (€50/week, subject to availability…state at time of booking) and internet access at reception.

The apartments’ inviting interiors are tastefully arranged with a high standard of fittings and furnishing for comfort and convenience. All apartments at Le Jardin Alpin have aliving area with satellite TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker and a bath or shower room with wc. All apartments enjoy a balcony and have a telephone.

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping  4 (c 35m²): bedroom with a double or two single beds,alcove with bunk beds

2 bedroom apartmentsleeping 4-6 (c 45m²): 2 bedrooms each with a double or two single beds, double pull-out bed in the lounge

3 bedroom apartmentsleeping 6-8 (c 63m²): 3 bedrooms each with a double or two single beds, extra shower room, double pull-out bed in the lounge.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up).

To pay locally: refundable deposit €450 (1 bed alc.) or €550, local tourist tax c. €1/pers/day. To hire: cot €25, high chair €15. Pets welcome €35/week each.
