Grand Paradis

Ideally located in the centre of Les Gets,
about 50m above the post office, Le Grand
Paradis is also convenient for skiing being
only 150m from the Teleski du Stade nursery
slope and 300m from the main slopes.
The 90m2 apartment featured is on the top floor
of this small privately owned residence. It is
over two levels and furnished in a fairly
simple 3-star fashion.
On the first level is a small south-west facing
lounge with TV leading onto the fully equipped
kitchen/dining area (with 4-ring electric hob,
dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer
compartment, microwave, full size oven, kettle
and coffee maker).The balcony has views over
the slopes and village. Two bedrooms are also
on this floor: one with a king size bed and
ensuite bathroom with bath and separate dresser
and one with bunk beds. There is also a
bathroom with shower (and washing machine) and
a separate wc.
On the first floor, there are two spacious
bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a
mezzanine area (open onto the lounge) with a
double sofa bed. There is also a separate wc
with washbasin.
There is one allocated parking space in the
underground car park plus some exterior spaces.
There is also some free public parking nearby.
Individual ski lockers are provided.
The apartment could sleep 10 but we
recommend a maximum of 8 people.
To pay locally: refundable deposit
£350 (payable by UK cheque). Local
tourist tax: €0.90/adult (+16yrs). To
hire: bed linen €14/bed, towels
€7/set. End of stay cleaning €110
