‘Les Fermes du Soleil’ is a luxury
residence located right in the heart of the
rustic village of Les Carroz. This MGM built
development is composed of 5 traditional style
chalets (with lifts).It enjoysa private
indoor heated swimming-pool (12mx5m)with
Jacuzzis, fitness room, sauna and steam rooms,
a spacious lounge area and a launderette
(payable).The residence has its own underground
parking (payable locally €25/car/week,
height limit 1.90m),bread delivery service and
wireless internet access in the reception
lounge (payable). The loan of cots and high
chairs (subject to availability, state at time
of booking), bed safety rails, socket guards,
portable Playstations (limited number, subject
to availability) irons and ironing boards,
hairdryers, board games, fondue and raclette
sets is also available.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and
furnished to a very high standard of comfort
and convenience. They have a fully equipped
kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hobs,
fridge, dishwasher, multi-function oven,
electric coffee-maker, toaster… bathroom
with bath or shower and WC. All apartments have
TV, telephone (payable) and a balcony.
1 bedroom apartment
sleeping 4:
living area, bedroom with double bed and
enclosed alcove with bunk beds or mezzanine
with 2 single beds OR living area with double
pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds) and
bedroom with a double bed.
2 bedroom apartment
sleeping 5:
living area with a single sofa bed, bedroom
with a double bed and bedroom with 2 single
beds.
2 bedroom apartment
sleeping 5-6:
living area with double pull-out bed (making up
2 single beds), bedroom with double bed,
bedroom with 2 single beds and extra shower
room.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival),
towels, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning
(except kitchen area and washing-up).
To pay locally: refundable deposit €300,
local tourist tax c €1.50/pers/day (over
13yrs), pets welcome €50/week each.
