Just 500m from the resort centre, Les Alpages
des Carroz is a new chalet residence built in
typical mountain style with extensive use of
wood and stone by the acclaimed ‘mountain
architects’ MGM.
The apartment interior is furnished and
decorated to a high standard with wood
panelling throughout and a large South-facing
balcony.
It consists of: three comfortable bedrooms, one
on the ground floor with a double bed and an
en-suite shower room; one smaller upstairs with
2 single beds and one with 2 single beds and a
single pull-out bed; a bathroom with a shower
and WC; a living room with 2 three-seater
sofas; an extra separate WC; a large
kitchen/dining area equipped with all modern
amenities (fridge, oven, microwave, 4-ring
electric hob and dishwasher). British-owned,
the apartment has all the little things you
would expect at home: a kettle, toaster,
teapot, mugs, cafetiere…
The apartment has a balcony and one outdoor
parking space.
Fridge, freezer, cooker, dishwasher, TV and CD
player. Weekly cleaning (on Saturday) is
included in the price.
To pay locally: Refundable breakage
deposit £300 (payable by UK cheque on
arrival). Bed linen and towels can be hired:
€15/single/week and €25/double/week,
€9/towel set/pers (including bath towel,
hand towel, flannel, tea towel). Local tourist
tax.
