Les Fermes du Soleil is a luxury
residence located right close to the heart of
the village of Les Carroz. The free shuttle bus
to the ski lifts (800m away) stops by Les
Fermes du Soleil.
This MGM built development is composed of 5
traditional style chalets housing 114
apartments. It enjoys a private indoor
heated swimming-pool (12mx5m) with
Jacuzzis, sauna and steam room, a fitness room
and a beauty salon (payable).
Les Fermes du Soleil has a spacious lounge area
with open fire, TV and a billiard table
(payable), a laundry room (payable)and its own
underground parking (payable locally
€60/week, max height 1.90m),skilockers and
free wireless Internet access.
The loan of baby kits (cot, high chair,
changing mat, baby bath) -subject to
availability, state at time of booking-, bed
safety rail and stair gate for young children,
irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, board
games, fondue and raclette sets is available at
Reception.
All the stylish apartments at Les Fermes du
Soleil are fitted and furnished to a high
standard of comfort and convenience. They have
a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-ring ceramic
hob, fridge, dishwasher, multi-function oven,
electric coffee-maker, toaster… and a
bathroom with bath or shower and wc. All
apartments have a TV, telephone, free wireless
internet access and a balcony or terrace.

area with a double pull-out bed (making up 2
single beds) and bedroom with double bed OR
living area, bedroom with double bed and small
cabin bedroom with bunk beds (1.80m long). May

Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival,
except pull-out bed in lounge), towels (extra
set €5/pers), cleaning kit and end of stay
cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
