Les Chalets de Jouvence prestige residence is
ideally located at the foot of the slopes, by
the Kedeuze cable car giving access to the
Grand Massif area, a 5 minutes walk from the
village centre of Les Carroz. Piou Piou ESF
Kindergarten meeting point is very close
to the residence and is adjacent to ESF office.
Built for Winter 09/10 by the acclaimed
mountain architects MGM, this brand new
residence offers 35 luxurious apartments
combining traditional architecture from Savoy
with high standard and modern facilities.
Within the Leisure Centre you can relax and
enjoy great views from the free private
indoor heated swimming-pool with Jacuzzis,
saunas, steam room and fitness room. You may
also find time to be pampered in the Spa and
Beauty Care Centre (payable – see
link for details. We can pre-book massages,
treatments, body wraps etc).
The residence has a spacious lounge area with
open fireplace, its own covered parking
(payable €50/week, max height 2.10m
– strongly recommended as there are only
a very limited number of outdoor parking spaces
around the residence), laundry room (payable),
ski lockers and a luggage room. You will also
enjoy bakery delivery service (payable) and
free wireless internet access at Reception.
All the stylish apartments at Les Chalets de
Jouvence are fitted and furnished to a very
high standard of comfort and convenience. They
have a living area with a double pull-out bed
(making up 2 single beds), a fully equipped
kitchenette with multi-function microwave oven,
ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, electric
coffee maker, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker,
toaster, bathroom with hairdryer and wc
(sometimes separate). All apartments have
satellite TV, telephone, internet access socket
and a west facing balcony offering great views
towards the village and the surrounding
mountains.

(50-55m2): bedroom with double bed
and bedroom with 2 single beds
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8
(70-85m2): bedroom
with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single
beds, extra shower room, extra wc. May be
duplex.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival
except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towel,
cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl
kitchen area and washing up).

The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to
availability, state at time of booking),
board games, fondue and raclette sets is
available from Reception.

Please note we have not been able to visit the
apartments as the Residence was not completed
at the time of our visit. We were impressed
with the location and know the high
standards from similar residences.
