This very attractive south-facing detached
property is set amongst a few other recent
stylish upmarket chalets, some 500m from the
village centre and 300m from the ski lifts,
which links Les Carroz to the Grand Massif
area.
Built in 2001 in typical Savoyard style, this
exceptional chalet blends Alpine charm with
state of the art facilities. The interior's
unique style was created using a mixture of old
timber especially imported from Holland with
fittings and equipment of the highest standard.
Beamed ceilings, pine-clad walls and wood
throughout are the trademark.
Outside the winter and summer season, this is
the hotelier owner's own house and they have
tastefully decorated the interior with
thoughtful homely touches. Modern in all
essential respects with touches of country
character, this chalet is one of our Directors'
favourite.
The chalet is arranged over two floors and
sleeps seven very comfortably in three very
well appointed soundproofed upstairs bedrooms
(one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds
and a large extended balcony, one with built-in
bunk beds offering a 'Snow-White' feel - ideal
for children but can accommodate adults - and a
balcony, one mezzanine with a single bed and TV
set. There are two superb bathrooms (one
downstairs with bath and one upstairs with
shower); extra shower in the 'fitness room' on
the basement level and a convenient sink in the
second bedroom. The cosy living area has a
comfortable seating area arranged around the
stone and wood open fireplace. The open plan
kitchen is fully equipped with all modern
facilities.
On the basement level, there is a 'laundry
room' and a 'fitness room' with special power
shower, TV, video and a steam room where it
will feel just right with that glass of
Champagne.
Even the spacious garage is huge and there is
also covered parking for 2 cars by the chalet.
State of the art ski & boots rack in the
garage.
Wood for open fire is provided. Bed linen and
towels are provided and changed every two days.
Beds made on arrival. Daily cleaning and local
tourist tax are included in the price.
Refundable deposit €750.
