Le Village de Lessy prestige residence is ideally located in the centre of Chinaillon and close to the slopes. Many apartments enjoy wonderful views of the ski area and the Aravis mountain range.

Built on the rock face (with Reception chalet at the top), the chalets interconnect by a lift system. On the lowest level, you will find a good size mini-market and a few shops. Literally across the road is the tourist office with ski school and lift pass desks and a lift down to the slopes.

Built for Winter 08/09, this brand new residence offers 125 luxurious apartments combining traditional architecture from Savoy with high standard and modern facilities. Within the Leisure Centre you can relax and enjoy great views from the free private indoor heated swimming-pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fitness room. You may also find time to be pampered in the Spa and Beauty Care Centre (payable).

The residence has a spacious lounge area with open fireplace, its own covered parking (payable €105/week, max height 1.80m – strongly recommended as there are only a very limited number of outdoor parking spaces around the residence), laundry room (payable), ski lockers and a luggage room. You will also enjoy bakery and deli services (payable), a billiard table (payable) and internet facilities at Reception (payable).

The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking), irons and ironing boards, board games, fondue and raclette sets, is available.

All the stylish apartments at Le Village de Lessy are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchenette with multi-function microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker, toaster, bathroom and wc (sometimes separate for larger apartments). All apartments have satellite TV, telephone with direct line, internet access socket and a balcony.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towels, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up).

To pay locally: refundable deposit €400, local tourist tax c €1.50/pers/day (over 13yrs), extra towel set €8/pers. Pets welcome €84/week (max 1/apt).
