Le Village de Lessy prestige residence
is ideally located in the centre of Chinaillon,
6km from the Grand Bornand authentic village.
Many apartments enjoy wonderful views of the
Aravis mountain range.
Built on the rock face (with Reception chalet
at the top), the chalets interconnect by a lift
system. On the lowest level, you will find a
good size mini-market and a few shops.
Literally across the road is the tourist
office.
Built by the acclaimed mountain architects
MGM for Winter 08/09, this new residence
has 125 luxurious apartments combining
traditional architecture from Savoy with high
standard and modern facilities. Within the
Leisure Centre you can relax and enjoy great
views from the free private indoor heated
swimming-pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam
room and fitness room. You may also find time
to be pampered in the Spa and Beauty Care
Centre (payable).
Le Village de Lessy has a spacious lounge area
with open fireplace, its own covered parking
(max height 1.80m, 1 free car space,
€25/week/extra car– strongly
recommended as there are only a very limited
number of outdoor parking spaces around the
residence), laundry room (payable), and a
luggage room. You will also enjoy bread
delivery and deli services (payable), a
billiard table (payable) and wireless internet
access at Reception and in the apartments.
There is a bike
rack in the underground parking. Please note
that there is no lock on the bike rack however
the underground parking is only accessible to
guests.
All the stylish apartments at Le Village de
Lessy are fitted and furnished to a very high
standard of comfort and convenience. They have
a living area with a double pull-out bed
(making up 2 single beds), a fully equipped
kitchen area with multi-function microwave
oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, electric
coffee maker, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker,
toaster, bathroom with hairdryer and wc
(sometimes separate for larger apartments). All
apartments have satellite TV and a balcony.

bunk beds
’Silver’ 2 bedroom apartment
sleeping 4-6 (40/45m2): bedroom with double
bed and bedroom with 2 single beds (no window)

extra shower room
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8
(60/65m2): bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms
each with 2 single beds and extra shower room +
extra wc. Maybe duplex.
The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to
availability, state at time of booking), irons
and ironing boards, board games, fondue and
raclette sets is available from Reception.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival
except sofa bed in lounge), towels, 2 tea
towels and end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen
area and washing up).
To pay locally: refundable deposit €400
(by card, not cash), local tourist tax c
€1.00/pers/day (over 13yrs). To
hire: bathrobe €10, extra towel set
€8/pers, cleaning kit €8. Pets
welcome €50/week (max 1/apt).
