Les Marronniers is a stylish chalet located in
the ‘Petit Plan’ area overlooking
the resort (5 minute walk from the nearest
shops).
You can ski back to the chalet (snow conditions
permitting) and the free ski bus stops close
by.
This very spacious chalet boasts 250m2 of floor
space arranged over two floors (ground floor
not for letting).
Of a modern style, the entire decoration and
finish of the chalet was entrusted to a
well-known Belgian decorator. All the ceilings
are in wood, tiled floors throughout (with
carpet in bedrooms).
On the first floor, there is a cloakroom, a wc,
a state of the art fully equipped American
kitchen, two spacious living areas (one with 2
child-size single divan beds), separated by the
fireplace which is visible from both sides,
television. This area enjoys an all-round South
and West-facing balcony.
A central stairway leads to the upper floor: 1
bedroom to the South with 2 single beds, 3
bedrooms each with a double bed (2
South-facing, 1 particularly spacious with
large en-suite bathroom in white marble and
Jacuzzi style bathtub), shower room (side jets
shower) and separate wc.
There is plenty of storage space in this
chalet; each bedroom has built-in wall cabinets
and there are a further 3 built-in cabinets in
the hallway. For extra comfort, the entire
chalet is equipped with pulse air heating.
Large fridge with ice cube and water dispenser,
freezer, 4-ring hob, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, built-in deep-fat fryer, cooker
hood, coffee-maker, raclette set, TV. Outside
ski room. Parking space for 2 cars.
Prices include: fully equipped chalet,
bed linen.
