Alba

Located at the lower end of the resort main avenue and the foot of the Pied-Moutet mountainside, the brand new Alba residence is a short walking distance to the nearest shops and some of the 40 restaurants, bars, Olympic ice skating rink, swimming pool. The main cable car departure for the ski area is about 1km away but with the Vallée Blanche chairlift and easy blue slopes adjacent to Alba, skiing access is easy.

Built in a chic contempory style, Alba offers a smart modern decor. The 23 apartment interiors have been tastefully decorated to a high standard with wood much in evidence.

All apartments at Alba are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have: living area with satellite LCD TV and DVD player, bathroom with hairdryer, separate wc, safety deposit box, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hotplates, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, kettle and toaster. Balcony or terrace for ground floor apartments with sun loungers. Meal delivery service (on request, payable locally). Ski lockers with heated boot rack. Free outdoor parking or payable covered parking (€25/week, max height 2.00m, subject to availability).

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4 (44m²): bedroom with a double bed, enclosed alcove with bunk beds

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 (62m²): bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 sets of bunks

3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6/8 (c 81m²): bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (1 bedroom may have bunks), extra shower room wc; double sofa bed in lounge.

3 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 8 (c 91m²): bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (1 bedroom may have bunks), enclosed alcove with bunks, extra shower room/wc.

4 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 10 (115m²): 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, alcove with bunk beds, extra shower room, wc.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment, bed linen, towels (extra set €8/pers) and tea towels (extra set €5).

To pay locally: refundable deposit €600, local tourist tax c €0.80/pers/day, end of stay cleaning on request €66-121 (depending on the size of the apartment).  To hire: cot €25, high chair €25, cleaning kit €6.50. Pets welcome €25/week each.
