Mont-Blanc Les Houches is a newly built
(07/08 season) prestige residence only 1.8km
from the resort centre. It is situated in a
quiet location that is surrounded by fir trees.
This luxurious MGM built residence is a small
hamlet of 6 chalets offering a total of 40
apartments. It combines traditional
architecture from Savoy with high standard and
modern facilities. Within the Leisure Centre
you can relax and enjoy free use of the
private indoor heated swimming-pool with
Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish baths and fitness room.
You may also find time to be pampered in the
Spa and Beauty Care Centre (payable).
Le Hameau de Pierre Blanche has a reception
lounge with open fire, its own underground
parking (1 free car space, €25/week/extra
car, max height 1.80m), laundry room (payable),
luggage room and in the apartments, billiard
table (payable), bread delivery services
(payable). There
is a bike rack in the underground parking.
Please note that there is no lock on the bike
rack however the underground parking is only
accessible to guests.
All the stylish apartments at Le Hameau de
Pierre Blanche are fitted and furnished to a
very high standard of comfort and convenience.
They have a living area with a double pull-out
bed (making up 2 single beds), a fully equipped
kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge,
dishwasher, multi-function oven, electric
coffee-maker, toaster, mixer and pressure
cooker. Bathroom with bath, hairdryer and WC
(separate for larger apartments). All
apartments have satellite TV, wireless internet
connection and a balcony.

(30/35m2): bedroom with 2 single
beds
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(50/65m2): bedroom with double bed
and bedroom with 2 single beds. Maybe duplex.
3 bedroom duplex apartment sleeping 6-8
(90/95m2): bedroom with double bed,
2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, extra
shower room + extra wc. Maybe duplex.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival
except sofa bed), towels, 2 tea towels and end
of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing
up).
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€400, local tourist tax c
€1.20/pers/day (over 13yrs). To
hire: bathrobe €10, cleaning kit €8.
Pets welcome €50/week (max 1/apt).
The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to
availability, state at time of booking),
irons and ironing boards, fondue and raclette
sets and board games is also available (on
request, subject to availability).
