Les Chalets de l’Arvan
Les Chalets de l’Arvan is located
in a quiet setting, 600m from the centre and
700m from the lifts.
For extra convenience, the free resort ski bus
to the resort centre and lifts stops in front
of the residence.
Built in typical mountain style with extensive
use of wood and stone, the residence is
composed of 8 chalets housing 92 apartments.
The more recently built section called
‘Chalets de l’Arvan II’ has
20 chalets each with 2 or 4 apartments. Clients
of Arvan II have access to all the facilities
of Arvan I.
Chalets de l’Arvan I has an indoor
heated swimming-pool, sauna (payable) and
fitness room.For your convenience, you will
find a reception, a changing-room with shower
and wc, a laundry room (payable), a ski locker
for each apartment, free outdoor parking and
internet connection at Reception (payable
€20/week).
The loan of vacuum cleaners, hairdryers, irons
and ironing boards is also available.
All apartments are fitted and furnished to a
good standard of comfort and convenience and
are particularly spacious. They have: living
area with double sofa or pull-out bed, may be
single divan bed in 3 bed 8/9 (Arvan II),
bathroom with bath or shower, wc, fully
equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic or
electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave,
grill (Arvan I) and a balcony (Arvan I) or
terrace (Arvan II) except 3 bedroom 8/9 which
could have either.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment
and bed linen (extra set €10/bed), TV
(Arvan II)
Pre-bookable: hotel services: beds made
on arrival (with mid-week bed linen change),
towels (with mid-week change) and mid-week
cleaning (except washing-up and kitchen area)

To pay locally: refundable deposit
€300, local tourist tax, end of stay
cleaning on request €52-€67
(according to the size of the apartment). To
hire: towel set €5.50/pers, TV
€40/week (Arvan I), baby kit (cot, high
chair & bath) €25/week, cleaning kit
€5. Pets welcome €40/week each.
