Le Refuge de l’Alpage
Located in a prime position at the foot of the
ski slopes in Les Esserts (Morillon 1100m,
pedestrianised resort), Le Refuge
de
l’Alpage offers
some ski-in/ski-out
apartments. It is located just a stone's
throw from the resort centre and 50m from the
nearest ski lift. The Green run Marvel (a
family favourite) leads back to some of the
apartments. Le Refuge de l’Alpage is
close to the nursery slopes, it is perfect for
families looking for convenient, professional
childcare, as well as for those without
children looking for nearby skiing. The
mini-market, ski school meeting point, ski hire
shop and lift passes are all within short
walking distance. Residence

apartments is a short walk away.
Le Refuge de l’Alpage is a recently built
residence built in typical mountain style with
extensive use of wood and stone by the
acclaimed ‘mountain architects’
MGM.
The privately owned stylish apartments’
interiors have been tastefully decorated and
floor space is more generous than found in most
alpine units.
The apartments at Le Refuge de l’Alpage
are fitted and furnished to a high standard of
comfort and convenience with pretty homely
touches.
The fully equipped kitchenettes all have
antique wood units and country-style ceramic
tiles, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher
and full-size oven. Most of the bedrooms have
wooden built-in wall cabinets.
The apartments have ski lockers, parking space
and a south or southeast-facing balcony.
Please note that not all apartment’s
benefit from the same access to the slopes.
Some are further away from the slopes; some are
further to the shops and restaurants.
Pets not accepted in any apartment.

largest apartment in the whole development).

owned by both French and British owners.

deposit: £450 payable by UK cheque prior
