Mont-Blanc - Saint-Gervais

The small alpine town of Saint Gervais offers diverse après-ski and an excellent selection of interesting food shops, cosy bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Every Thursday morning in Saint Gervais there is a superb genuine market. Among Saint Gervais’ attractions are thermal baths with spa treatments, a cinema, casino, and many outdoor activities available such as an Olympic skating rink or unforgettable snowshoe walks. A trip up the mountain on the Mont-Blanc Tramway is not to be missed.

The centre offers a wide range of activities including swimming pool, mini-golf, cross country biking, ice-skating, ski initiation, snowshoeing, igloo making, etc…

Price: 1 day: c€ 24, 4 days: c€ 66; 5 days: c€ 83 (prices include meals). There is also a small annual member fee to pay around c€ 4 in the summer and c€ 9 in the winter.

Activities inSaint Gervais

Indoor ice skating, hot air ballooning, paragliding, indoor swimming pool, walks along snow covered mountain trails, curling, snow shoe hikes, the Mont Blanc Tramway. 

You could also take a look around one of the local markets, visit the Potterie du Val Montjoie or why not just relax with a health and beauty treatment in the Saint Gervais spa-thermal baths

Eating Out and Après-Ski in Saint Gervais

7-8 Bars with one specially dedicated to nocturnal activities ‘Le Nulle Part Ailleurs’ which has a friendly and entertaining pub atmosphere with karaoke, concerts and a big screen and video.

20 restaurants, shops, a cinema with 2 screens, casino, and a youth club.

There is also a nightclub in the centre of the village, right below the Tourist board office: ‘Le Duplex’.

This area is particularly recommended for good intermediates whilst snowboarders will enjoy one of the best snow park of the region. The Mont-Joly and Mont-Joux sections offer the steepest slopes where some good off-piste can also be found. Skiing on the Mont Blanc side of Saint-Gervais is served by a rack-and-pinion 1904 railway that takes you to the slopes of Les Houches.

Pre-book your 6 day Evasion Mont-Blanc Lift Pass with Peak Retreats

Children under 5 and seniors over 80 receive a FREE lift pass.

Proof of age will be required for reduced price passes.

Please note that there is also a cheaper lift pass called Forfait BETTEX or MICRO FORFAIT covering only the beginner slopes at Le Bettex although we cannot pre-book this. Beginners are advised to buy this pass in resort.
